From classic French bistros to Balkan-inspired favourites, these set menus offer excellent value for diners.

Dubai: Summer Restaurant Week has returned, running from July 13 to August 2 at more than 50 restaurants across the city.

Diners can enjoy a two-course lunch for Dh80 or a three-course dinner for Dh120, with reservations available exclusively through Careem DineOut for a refundable Dh1 booking fee.

1. B-Heaven by Barcelo

Located in Al Jaddaf, B-Heaven by Barcelo offers an eclectic set menu that blends flavours from different cuisines rather than focusing on a single culinary style.

The lunch menu features starters such as cured salmon with creamy kefir sauce or vitello tonnato, followed by mains including veal tournedos with parsnip purée, glazed salmon with pearl couscous or sticky Thai chicken. The meal ends on a sweet note with a contemporary take on tiramisu.

For dinner, the menu takes a different direction with options such as tuna tiradito and crispy gyozas to start, followed by dishes including ribeye anticucho or grilled lamb served with muhammara and caramelised pineapple.

2. The Good Moon

Blending French and Mediterranean influences, The Good Moon in Jumeirah 2 offers a relaxed dining experience with a well-rounded set menu.

The dinner menu takes a more comfort-focused approach, starting with a burrata and tomato salad, followed by options such as oven-roasted baby chicken or Indonesian nasi goreng. Dessert choices include blueberry cheesecake or a chocolate brownie.

5. 21grams

Located in Jumeirah, 21grams is an urban Balkan bistro offering one of the most distinctive menus on the list, showcasing traditional flavours with a modern touch.

Main courses include summer zucchini moussaka, chicken bone broth or sarma — slow-cooked cabbage rolls filled with minced and pulled beef.
