The new facility at Dubai South will provide modern warehouse and office space, along with seamless connectivity to Al Maktoum Airport.

Dubai: Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub is set to complete its Sky Support Complex by the end of Q3 2026, introducing new warehouse, office and commercial facilities to support aviation companies operating within Dubai South.

The landside development covers 16,661 square metres within the Aerospace Supply Chain Zone and will feature 14 premium units tailored to meet the needs of aviation sector businesses.

Companies operating from the complex will benefit from dedicated landside access, seamless connectivity to Al Maktoum International Airport, and integration with the broader Dubai South business ecosystem.

Located within a bonded free zone, the complex will provide businesses with benefits including 100% foreign ownership, specialised infrastructure and tailored services to support aviation-related operations.

The complex is being developed to support companies looking to expand their operations while benefiting from proximity to airport infrastructure, maintenance facilities and integrated aviation supply chains.

“As demand for specialised aerospace facilities continues to rise, we remain committed to delivering premium developments that help businesses scale, improve operational efficiency and leverage Dubai’s world-class aviation ecosystem,” said Tahnoon Saif, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub.

Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub serves as Dubai South’s dedicated aerospace platform, providing specialised facilities for airlines, private jet operators, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) companies, and other aviation sector businesses.

The hub also hosts maintenance centres, training facilities and educational campuses, supporting Dubai’s ambition to strengthen its aerospace engineering capabilities and grow its aviation services sector.
