Philippine-based low cost airline Cebu Pacific is offering tickets for as low as Dh1 (base fare) from Dubai. According to the information the airline on its website, the sale on the ticket prices is running until January 17, 2020 or until the seats. One can travel on the purchased tickets from July 01, 2020 until December 31, 2020.
