Atlantis The Royal Retains Status as UAE’s Only Three Michelin Key Hotel in 2026.

Dubai: The MICHELIN Guide has unveiled its 2026 hotel Key selection, featuring 82 properties across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. The latest list includes 58 new additions, while 25 UAE hotels have been awarded a MICHELIN Key.
Introduced in 2024, the MICHELIN Key is the Guide’s hotel classification system, serving a similar purpose to MICHELIN Stars for restaurants. Properties can earn One, Two or Three Keys based on the overall quality and distinction of the guest experience.
Among the UAE’s 25 recognised hotels, 19 were awarded One Key, five received Two Keys and one secured the highest Three Key distinction. Dubai’s Atlantis The Royal remains the only hotel in the UAE to hold Three MICHELIN Keys.
Dubai accounts for the largest number of the UAE’s top-rated MICHELIN Key hotels. Alongside Atlantis The Royal, the country’s only Three Key property, the emirate is home to three Two Key hotels — One&Only The Palm, Bvlgari Resort Dubai and The Lana, Dorchester Collection.
Abu Dhabi’s highest-rated property is Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Abu Dhabi, which received Two MICHELIN Keys. In Ras Al Khaimah, The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert also earned Two Keys, while Anantara Mina Ras Al Khaimah Resort was awarded One Key.
The selection also highlights the UAE’s desert and island hospitality offerings, with properties such as Al Maha in Dubai, Anantara Qasr al Sarab Desert Resort in the Liwa Desert and Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island Al Sahel Villa Resort among those receiving One MICHELIN Key.
