HR leaders to discuss culture, talent and employee experience at UAE forum.

HR’s role now goes far beyond hiring, payroll and administration. As expectations around employee experience continue to grow, AI is reshaping how organisations attract, manage and retain talent, while UAE labour policies continue to influence workforce planning. Employees are also placing greater emphasis on purpose, well-being, career growth and the quality of their workplace. Together, these trends are positioning HR at the heart of business strategy and increasing the focus on workplaces where people can perform, develop and thrive.
InsuranceMarket.ae, in association with Gulf News, will present Work Reimagined UAE: The Next Era of HR, Culture & Employee Experience on September 14 at Clubhouse, InsuranceMarket.ae HQ, Motor City, Dubai.
The event forms part of a four-month leadership series jointly presented by InsuranceMarket.ae and Gulf News, with the series beginning in September.
The forum will bring together senior HR executives, chief human resources officers (CHROs), policymakers and workplace strategists to examine the key decisions shaping workforce strategy in the UAE. It will combine senior-level discussions with practical insights for HR leaders, bringing business benefits, workplace culture, technology, talent and regulation into a single conversation.
“We are witnessing one of the most dynamic periods of change in the workplace. Policy frameworks are evolving, AI is opening up new possibilities, and employees are increasingly asking important questions about purpose and well-being,” said Avinash Babur, Founder and Chairman of InsuranceMarket.ae.

“The best decisions come from shared thinking, not individual judgment. That is why events such as Work Reimagined UAE matter. They give HR leaders the clarity and practical tools they need to shape the future. That is the impact we hope every session leaves behind — practical, positive and ready to act on,” Babur added.
A focused agenda for HR leaders
The agenda will address some of the key issues shaping workforce strategy, from employee benefits and workplace culture to AI, talent development and UAE labour priorities. The programme will feature keynote presentations and panel discussions, bringing together diverse perspectives on the evolving role of HR, employee experience, talent strategy and the use of technology in the workplace. Each session will focus on a different aspect of HR while considering its broader impact on business.
The sessions aim to give HR leaders practical insights into the future of people strategy and how these shifts are shaping wider business decisions.
The forum will also provide senior HR and business leaders with opportunities to connect, share experiences and build professional relationships through dedicated networking sessions.
