Affected passengers will be provided with hotel accommodation in London and rebooked on the next available flight scheduled for Thursday.

San Francisco-bound Emirates flight EK225 was diverted to London Heathrow Airport on Wednesday night following a medical emergency involving a passenger onboard, an Emirates spokesperson confirmed.
Flight-tracking service Flightradar24 reported that the aircraft changed course over Russian airspace before being rerouted to Heathrow, where it landed after the medical incident.
An Emirates spokesperson said affected passengers would be provided with hotel accommodation in London and rebooked on the next available flight on Thursday.

“Emirates apologises for any inconvenience. The safety of our passengers and crew is of paramount importance,” the spokesperson said.
