The twin towers in Broadbeach are expected to be completed ahead of the 2032 Olympics.

Dubai: UAE developer Arada is expanding into the Australian market with a Dh5 billion residential development on the Gold Coast, comprising 952 homes in Broadbeach and marking the company’s first project outside New South Wales.
The twin-tower project will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom residences and is expected to be completed ahead of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Construction will be undertaken by Roberts Co, the tier-one contractor acquired by Arada Group in 2025, while Plus Studio is responsible for the project’s design.
952 homes planned for Broadbeach
The two residential towers will be linked by a landscaped podium and offer a range of amenities, including swimming pools, fitness and wellness facilities, communal terraces, private dining areas, a library, lounge and dedicated work-from-home spaces.
About 1,200 square metres of ground-floor space will be reserved for retail and hospitality outlets.
The site is located opposite the Gold Coast Convention Centre and offers direct access to the light rail network, while The Star Gold Coast and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre are both within walking distance.
“Broadbeach is a world-class address that gives us the canvas to create a community of exceptional design and lifestyle quality that genuinely enriches the daily lives of the people who call it home,” said Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada. “This is our first development outside New South Wales, and it reflects our growing ambition to expand in key urban markets around the country.”
Completion targeted ahead of 2032 Olympics
The development is expected to be completed ahead of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, with Arada identifying South East Queensland as a key market for its expansion in Australia.
The project’s delivery by Roberts Co will give Arada greater control across both the development and construction phases.
“Delivering the project through Roberts Co, our own tier-one construction business, allows us to maintain the quality, pace and accountability that our buyers expect,” Alkhoshaibi said.
The Broadbeach development marks Arada’s largest investment in Australia to date, further expanding its portfolio since entering the market in 2024.
The developer has now built a pipeline of eight projects comprising more than 5,000 homes across Australia.
