Dubai Crown Prince bestows new title on mothers for shaping tomorrow’s generations.
Dubai: Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai, has instructed the Community Development Authority to replace the title “housewife” with “Generations Shaper.” The symbolic move, announced on Mother’s Day, honours the pivotal role of mothers in shaping families and society.
In a statement on the occasion, Sheikh Hamdan said: “Mothers are the first school for their children — the place where they learn belonging, responsibility, and the values that build strong nations.”
“To all mothers, we say thank you. You are the cornerstone of everything good. Wishing you a Happy Mother’s Day,” he added.
