Comedy Box Office Season 7 to Run From September to December at Emirates International Theatre.
Dubai: Comedy Box Office returns to Dubai this month for its seventh season, bringing four months of Indian stand-up comedy across four shows at the Emirates International Theatre. The season will conclude in December with Sharon Verma’s first live performance in Dubai.
Verma rose to wider prominence through India’s Got Latent and has since built a strong social media following with her observational comedy and storytelling. Her December 27 performance is the headline event of the season.
Doors open at 6pm, with shows starting at 7pm for all four dates. Tickets start at Dh125 and are available through Platinumlist, with tickets for the September show already on sale.
September: Rajat Chauhan, Siddhartha Shetty and Anmol Garg
The season opens with a triple bill featuring Rajat Chauhan, Siddhartha Shetty and Anmol Garg.
Chauhan is known for clean, observational stand-up inspired by everyday Indian life. He will be joined by Shetty, recognised for his energetic stage presence, and Garg, whose comedy draws on modern life and its everyday frustrations.

October: Onkar Yadav, Shreya Priyam Roy and Pranav Sharma
Onkar Yadav is the headline name on the October bill. The actor and comedian first built his profile through Marathi television before moving into stand-up, where he has become known for his character-driven comedy and sharp timing.
Shreya Priyam Roy brings observational humour to the lineup and represents a newer generation of Indian stand-up performers. Pranav Sharma rounds out the bill with sets centred on long-form storytelling.

November: Jaspreet Singh
Jaspreet Singh, who performs under the name Life of Paaji, takes the November slot with a solo stand-up show. His comedy draws heavily on Punjabi family life and everyday experiences, with much of his audience discovering him through short-form videos on social media.

December: Sharon Verma
The season concludes with Sharon Verma’s Dubai debut, marking her first live stand-up performance in the city.
“Comedy Box Office has always been about bringing India’s most exciting comedy talent to Dubai, and this season reflects how the comedy landscape continues to evolve,” said Ashwin Sancheti, founder of Spotlight Entertainment.
“Her rise has been phenomenal, and we’re excited to bring her to audiences across the UAE for the very first time.”
