The Sharjah Police have launched a manhunt for a gang that allegedly killed an Asian man by throwing him from an apartment in a tower located in Al Nahda last week, a police source has said.
According to the source, the gang was using the apartment for running a brothel. They lured men to the apartment by posting pictures of women on social media. When men arrive at their apartment, they would find a woman different from the picture.
The source said the deceased had an argument with the gang members comprising men and woman at the apartment. During the argument, they threw him off the balcony of the fifth-floor apartment, the source quoted an eyewitness. The police have launched an investigation and manhunt for the suspects.
