Abu Dhabi traffic alert: Heavy congestion reported on E22 and E30

Heavy congestion causes delays for drivers travelling towards Khalifa City and Mussafah.

Heavy traffic has been reported across several major roads in Abu Dhabi this morning, with significant congestion affecting the E22 and E30, according to Google Maps live traffic data.

Traffic is moving particularly slowly around the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque interchange, with congestion along the E22 stretching towards the Rabdan junction with the E30.

Motorists travelling towards Khalifa City, Mazyad Mall and Mussafah are experiencing delays in the area.

Heavy traffic has also been reported on E30 (Al Rawdah Road) around MBZ City, with slow-moving traffic stretching from the Etimad Holding/Dalma Mall Outlet area towards the An Nisayah Street junction near Mafraq.

Motorists are also experiencing delays around the ADNOC Vehicle Inspection Centre and the Mafraq Traffic Department, where traffic remains slow.

In central Abu Dhabi, moderate to heavy traffic has been reported along the E22 near Al Wahda Mall and Mubadala Tower. Further congestion is affecting Mubarak Bin Mohammed Street in Al Nahyan, as well as roads around Mushrif Mall on Al Dhafrah Street.

Motorists travelling between Abu Dhabi city centre, Khalifa City and Mussafah are advised to allow additional travel time and check live traffic conditions before beginning their journeys.
