Dubai: UAE residents can now subscribe to DIP Holding’s initial public offering (IPO), with applications opening on October 27 and a minimum investment of Dh5,000 for retail investors.
The subscription period will remain open until November 3, giving eligible investors an opportunity to participate in the company’s planned listing on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).
The indicative IPO price has been set between Dh1.10 and Dh1.15 per share, with the final offer price expected to be determined through a book-building process and announced on November 4.
Share allocations for the public subscription tranche are scheduled for November 10. Investors who receive fewer shares than they applied for will be refunded the remaining amount.
Trading in DIP Holding shares is expected to commence on or around November 11, subject to the completion of the listing process.
DIP Holding IPO: How can UAE residents subscribe?
The minimum subscription amount for individual investors is Dh5,000.
The public offering is available to eligible individuals and other applicants holding a valid Dubai Financial Market National Investor Number (NIN).
Additional investments must be made in increments of Dh1,000, with no maximum subscription limit specified for the retail tranche.
At the upper end of the indicative price range of Dh1.15 per share, an investment of Dh5,000 would represent approximately 4,348 shares, before any applicable allocation adjustments.
Successful subscribers are guaranteed a minimum allocation of 2,000 shares.
However, the actual number of shares allotted will depend on demand and the final allocation process.
Minimum investment requirements by investor category
Different subscription thresholds apply depending on the investor’s eligibility and classification.
| Investor category | Minimum subscription |
|---|---|
| Individual retail investors | Dh5,000 |
| Eligible Dubai Investments employees | Dh1,000 |
| Eligible shareholders | Dh5,000 |
| Professional and institutional investors | Dh1 million |

Where can investors apply for the DIP Holding IPO?
Eligible investors can submit their IPO applications through several official Dubai Financial Market channels.
These include:
- DFM IPO subscription platform
- DFM mobile application
- DFM iVESTOR application
Individual applicants will need a valid DFM National Investor Number, along with a passport or Emirates ID for identification purposes.
Digital subscription platforms may also require applicants to complete electronic identity verification.
How to submit an IPO application
Investors can follow these steps to participate in the offering:
- Access the DFM IPO subscription platform, DFM app or iVESTOR application.
- Enter or verify the DFM National Investor Number.
- Select the DIP Holding IPO from the available offerings.
- Choose the subscription amount in accordance with the applicable minimum investment requirements.
- Provide the required banking and payment details.
- Complete the application and payment process through the selected platform.
Investors should be aware that certain payment channels may close before the official November 3 subscription deadline.
Will all applicants receive the number of shares requested?
The retail tranche represents only 5 per cent of the total IPO offering, equivalent to approximately 86,762,165 shares.
As a result, investors may receive fewer shares than requested if subscriptions exceed the available allocation.
Although applying early can help investors avoid missing payment-channel deadlines, it does not guarantee a larger share allocation.
Any excess subscription funds will be refunded according to the offering’s allocation and refund procedures.
DIP Holding dividend plans: First payout expected in April 2027
DIP Holding has outlined plans to distribute Dh725 million in dividends for 2027, representing an indicative dividend yield of approximately 7.27 to 7.60 per cent across the announced IPO price range.
The company’s first planned dividend payment amounts to Dh350 million and is expected in April 2027.
This distribution relates to the entire second half of 2026, meaning investors who acquire shares through the IPO would be eligible to participate in the full six-month dividend period, subject to the applicable shareholder entitlement conditions.
Are the proposed dividends guaranteed?
The announced dividend distributions are not guaranteed.
Actual payments will depend on several factors, including:
- Recommendations from the company’s board of directors.
- Approval from shareholders.
- The availability of sufficient distributable reserves.
Investors should therefore treat the announced dividend figures as planned distributions rather than assured returns.
With subscriptions closing on November 3 and trading expected to begin around November 11, eligible UAE investors should review the IPO prospectus, subscription requirements and investment risks before submitting their applications.
Dubai Investments PJSC is offering 1,735,243,300 existing shares, representing a 20 per cent stake in DIP Holding, through its initial public offering.
Based on the announced price range of Dh1.10 to Dh1.15 per share, the offering is expected to raise approximately Dh1.9 billion to Dh2 billion, making it the UAE’s first IPO of 2026.
DIP Holding owns the company responsible for operating Dubai Investments Park, a major mixed-use development spanning approximately 23 million square metres.
The IPO will provide investors with an opportunity to acquire shares in the holding company behind one of Dubai’s established industrial, commercial and residential developments.
