Qatar Airways to restart daily flights to Philadelphia from August.

Date:

Qatar Airways will resume daily flights to Philadelphia, featuring Qsuite and Starlink Wi-Fi onboard.

Dubai: Qatar Airways will resume daily flights between Doha and Philadelphia from August 1, 2026, restoring a direct connection to Pennsylvania’s largest city and expanding its North American network to 14 destinations.

The service will be operated using Airbus A350-900 aircraft equipped with Qsuite business class and Starlink Wi-Fi, offering passengers a direct link between Philadelphia and the airline’s Doha hub.

The returning route will also provide passengers from Philadelphia with access to more than 160 destinations across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East via Hamad International Airport.

Daily flights from August

The Doha–Philadelphia service will operate daily as flight QR727, departing Doha at 8:00am and arriving in Philadelphia at 3:05pm.

The return flight, QR728, will depart Philadelphia at 9:30pm and arrive in Doha at 5:00pm the following day.

Bookings are available via Qatar Airways website and mobile app.

North America network expands

Philadelphia will join Qatar Airways’ 14-city North American network this summer, alongside Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Montreal, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto, and Washington D.C.

The airline also said the reinstated route will support onward travel across the United States through its oneworld partnership with American Airlines.

Qatar Airways first launched US operations with its New York service in 2007 and has since expanded its North American network to meet growing demand for long-haul travel via Doha.

The Philadelphia route will be operated on the Airbus A350-900, offering business class passengers Qsuite and providing all travellers with access to Starlink Wi-Fi.

Qatar Airways said that more than 140 of its aircraft are now equipped with Starlink, making it the world’s first and largest widebody fleet fitted with the service.
