The UAE is expected to see fair but dusty weather through the weekend, with inland temperatures rising up to 47°C. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) said increasing humidity may also lead to fog or mist forming over some coastal and internal areas from Friday night.

On Wednesday, conditions are forecast to remain generally fair, turning partly cloudy at times over eastern regions. Winds are expected to blow from the south-west to north-west at light to moderate speeds, occasionally strengthening up to 40 km/h, which may raise dust and reduce visibility in exposed areas.

Sea conditions are expected to remain slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea.

Maximum temperatures are forecast to range between 42°C and 47°C in inland areas, while coastal and island regions are expected to see 36°C to 42°C. In the mountains, temperatures will likely remain between 32°C and 38°C.

Overnight minimum temperatures are expected to vary from 22°C to 27°C inland, 25°C to 30°C along the coast, and 27°C to 31°C in mountainous areas.

The weather is expected to remain generally fair on Thursday, although fresh winds of around 10 to 25 km/h, occasionally strengthening up to 40 km/h, will continue to raise blowing dust and sand across exposed areas. Sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf may also turn rough at times by the evening.

On Friday, humidity levels are forecast to increase overnight and into Saturday morning across coastal and internal regions, raising the likelihood of fog or mist formation. Dusty conditions are expected to persist alongside this rise in humidity.By Saturday, clouds are expected to form over parts of the eastern regions, while humid conditions will continue into Sunday morning across sections of the coast.

Fresh winds may again cause blowing dust and sand over western areas during the daytime, before gradually easing by Sunday. Fair weather is expected to return, with winds reaching speeds of up to 35 km/h.
