Dubai Police has expanded its Esaad program through a partnership agreement with Lari.

Cardholders can benefit from discounts of up to 50% on Travel Flex services, along with reduced fees on money transfers and foreign exchange transactions.

DUBAI: Dubai Police has signed a cooperation agreement with Lari Exchange to expand benefits available to Esaad cardholders, as part of efforts to improve quality of life through enhanced financial services.

The agreement between the Esaad Card Centre and Lari Exchange was signed by Colonel Salah Al Marzouqi, Director of the Esaad Card Centre, and Fouad Abbas Lari, Chief Executive Officer of Lari Exchange, in the presence of officials from both sides.

Under the partnership, Esaad cardholders will gain access to expanded discounts and services, including up to 50% off Travel Flex offerings, along with reduced fees on money transfers and foreign exchange transactions.

Under the terms of the agreement, Dubai Police Esaad cardholders will receive a 50% reduction in the issuance fee of the Travel Flex card.

They will also benefit from a 20% discount on foreign currency exchange services, along with a 20% reduction in fees for local bank transfers in UAE dirhams.

The partnership further strengthens the value of the Dubai Police Esaad programme by offering cardholders more accessible and cost-effective financial services, in line with its commitment to supporting members and promoting overall community wellbeing.
