The iconic number seven shared two photos on his Instagram to mark Father’s Day.

Football star Cristiano Ronaldo paid an emotional tribute on Instagram for Father’s Day, sharing two photos in honor of his late father.
He first posted a family photo with his fiancée, Georgina Rodríguez, and their five children, followed by a poignant throwback of himself with his late father, José Dinis Aveiro.
In the caption, Ronaldo wrote: “De onde venho e para quem vivo. Feliz Dia do Pai,” which means, “Where I come from and who I live for. Happy Father’s Day.”
Ronaldo lost his father in 2005 when he was just 20 years old; his father passed away due to liver-related complications.
The loss had a profound emotional impact on Ronaldo, particularly as it came at a pivotal moment when his career was starting to soar at Manchester United.
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner has never hidden his admiration for his father, frequently speaking about how he motivated him to become the man he is today.
In an earlier Instagram post commemorating the anniversary of his father’s passing, Ronaldo paid tribute with the caption: “My father was always in good spirits, he loved football… It makes me a bit sad because if he could see what I’ve achieved… that would be a highlight in his life.”
