Schools will operate remotely, enabling students and staff to continue the educational process while maintaining learning standards across all grade levels.

Higher education follows 2-week remote learning

Institutions have the flexibility to determine how academic and administrative staff carry out their duties remotely. This approach helps maintain learning outcomes and the overall quality of education, with updates communicated through official institutional channels.

Private institutions can request in-person classes
Private schools, nurseries, and universities may submit requests to resume in-person learning based on operational and educational needs. All requests will be reviewed in coordination with relevant authorities, with guidance provided on submission procedures. This ensures flexibility while addressing the requirements of each institution.

Flexible remote work for caregivers
As part of the Year of the Family initiative, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has introduced flexible remote work for federal employees caring for children. This measure applies to employees whose roles meet approved remote work criteria and covers children from nursery through Grade 8. Official updates and coordination ongoing
The Council emphasized that updates will continue to be shared through the official channels of ministries and educational institutions, ensuring timely communication and coordinated responses.

Weekly reviews guide distance learning and work arrangements
