Rain, cloudy skies, and increasing humidity are expected in parts of the UAE.

Date:

Coastal areas may experience fog and mist during the early mornings in the coming days.

Dubai Weather Update:

A low-pressure system affecting the UAE is expected to bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies and continued chances of rainfall across western, northern, and coastal areas, according to the latest bulletin from the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

Today’s weather will remain partly cloudy to cloudy at times, with rainfall possible, particularly over coastal regions and islands. Humidity is expected to rise during the night and early morning, especially in some western areas.

Winds will be light to moderate, mainly from the north-east to north-west at 10–25 km/h, with occasional gusts up to 40 km/h. Sea conditions are expected to be moderate to slight in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea.

Temperatures will vary across the country:

  • Coastal and inland areas: Highs of 24–29°C, lows of 17–22°C
  • Inland regions: Highs of 29–34°C, lows of 15–20°C
  • Mountainous areas: Cooler, with daytime temperatures of 20–24°C

UAE Weather Outlook:

Looking ahead, the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) forecasts that Friday will be partly cloudy to cloudy, with a continued chance of rainfall over some western and coastal areas during the day. Temperatures are expected to rise gradually, while humidity may cause fog or mist over coastal areas during the night and early Saturday morning.

Over the weekend and into early next week, the weather is expected to be fair to partly cloudy, with further increases in temperature. Early morning humidity may again bring fog or mist in coastal and northern regions. Sea conditions are expected to remain slight in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
