Dubai airports resume partial flight operations after temporary suspension.

Date:

The safety of passengers and crew remains the top priority.

Dubai International (DXB) and Al Maktoum (DWC) airports have reopened for limited flight operations following a temporary suspension.

Passengers are advised not to travel unless they have confirmed bookings, as schedules remain subject to change. Airlines will continue to provide updates through their official channels.

Meanwhile, Emirates has resumed operations after a brief pause. Passengers with confirmed bookings for this afternoon’s flights may proceed to the airport, including those transiting through Dubai, provided their connecting flight is also operating.

Options for affected passengers

Rebook flights: Passengers can rebook their travel for a new date on or before 30 April. Those who booked through a travel agent should contact their agent, while passengers with direct bookings can manage changes at emirat.es/support.

Request a refund: Passengers with direct bookings can request a refund at emirat.es/refund. For bookings made through a travel agent, refund requests must be processed through the agent.

Stay updated

Passengers are advised to ensure their contact details are up to date at emirat.es/managebooking and to follow official channels for the latest updates.
