Bank waives withdrawal and debit card replacement fees to make accessing funds easier.

Dubai: Emirates NBD has waived several banking fees for customers across the UAE and the Gulf, easing access to cash and card services amid heightened regional uncertainty.
The bank notified customers via email that several charges will be temporarily waived, providing greater flexibility for managing daily transactions and accessing funds.
The fee waiver will stay in effect until March 31, 2026.
Fee Waivers Introduced
The measures cover three key banking services, helping retail customers manage their everyday finances more easily.
Emirates NBD Fee Waivers
- ATM Withdrawals: Cash withdrawals from any ATM across the UAE and GCC will be free during the waiver period, including machines outside the customer’s own bank network.
- Debit Card Replacement and Delivery: Fees for replacing or delivering debit cards have also been removed, whether within the UAE or to overseas addresses.
The bank said the initiative aims to help customers continue banking smoothly amid disruptions affecting multiple sectors in the region.
“We are waiving fees until March 31, 2026, to help you bank with more convenience and flexibility due to recent regional developments,” the bank told customers in an email.
Ensuring Access to Funds
Banks frequently implement temporary relief measures during periods of disruption to ensure customers can continue using essential services, including cash withdrawals and payment cards, without interruption.
Easy access to cash and replacement cards is particularly important when travel patterns shift unexpectedly or when customers rely on ATM networks outside their usual bank.
Temporary Relief for Everyday Banking
Emirates NBD customers can now withdraw money from any ATM across the UAE and GCC without incurring additional charges during the fee waiver period.
“Access your money, request a new card, and continue banking seamlessly with Emirates NBD,” the bank said.
The bank also reminded customers that assistance and support channels remain available for those needing further help.
Fee waivers like these provide short-term relief, helping customers who may need to rely on additional banking services or alternative access points during periods of disruption.
