UAE Forecast: Falling Temperatures, Strong Winds, and Dusty Conditions Ahead

Date:

Very rough sea conditions forecast, gradually calming to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea.

Dubai: The United Arab Emirates is set to experience a noticeable drop in temperatures, dusty conditions, and rough seas over the next four days, according to the daily bulletin from the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

Today’s weather is expected to be dusty to partly cloudy, with clouds developing in the east that may bring light rain. Temperatures are forecast to fall sharply, while overnight humidity will rise, creating a chance of fog or mist across some inland and coastal areas through Tuesday morning.

North-westerly winds are expected to blow at 20–30 km/h along coastal regions, occasionally reaching up to 55 km/h, generating blowing dust and sand. Sea conditions will be very rough, easing to rough-to-moderate in the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.

Maximum temperatures are forecast to range between 30–25°C in coastal areas, 26–31°C inland, and 16–21°C in mountainous regions.

Looking ahead, conditions are expected to turn fair to partly cloudy from Tuesday through Friday, with a gradual rise in temperatures and lighter winds. Nighttime and early-morning humidity may still lead to fog formation, especially in western areas, while seas are expected to calm to slight or moderate levels later in the week.
