United Arab Emirates is expected to experience dusty conditions and rough seas over the course of the week.

Date:

Saturday is expected to remain mostly fair, though intermittent dusty conditions may occur as winds lift dust and sand across inland areas.

United Arab Emirates is expected to experience generally fair weather over the coming days, though dusty conditions may occur intermittently, with temperatures likely to dip slightly before rising again by midweek, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM).

The forecast indicates that Saturday will remain mostly fair, but northwesterly to southwesterly winds may lift dust and sand at times, especially over exposed inland areas.

Light to moderate winds are expected, occasionally strengthening to fresh conditions—particularly over the sea—with speeds ranging from 10 to 25 km/h and peaking at up to 40 km/h in some areas.

Temperatures are expected to vary across the United Arab Emirates, with coastal and island areas seeing highs of 33°C to 38°C. Internal regions may reach 37°C to 43°C, while mountainous areas are forecast to remain relatively cooler at 29°C to 34°C.

Sea conditions are likely to be moderate to rough in the Arabian Gulf on Saturday, while the Oman Sea is expected to remain slight to moderate.

On Sunday, similar conditions are expected across the United Arab Emirates, with generally fair skies and occasional dusty spells caused by fresh winds over both inland and coastal areas.

Humidity levels are likely to rise during the night and early mornings on Monday and Tuesday, particularly along some coastal regions, increasing the possibility of mist or fog formation in the northern areas.

Northwesterly to southwesterly winds are expected to persist into the beginning of the week, occasionally lifting dust and sand, while sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf may turn rough during daytime hours on Monday before gradually easing later in the day.

By Wednesday, temperatures are forecast to edge higher again, with mostly fair weather continuing across the country and calmer sea conditions returning in both the Arabian Gulf and the Oman Sea.
