The Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (UAE) and Sinaha Technology have signed a memorandum of understanding to speed up the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies.

Date:

The agreement is designed to support UAE manufacturers in increasing production, expanding growth, and boosting exports.

In Abu Dhabi, the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (UAE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sinaha Technology to accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence, robotics, and Industry 4.0 solutions across the UAE’s manufacturing sector.

The agreement was signed by Fatma AlMheiri, Director of Technology Adoption and Development at MoIAT, and Mubarak Abed Nasser Doman AlAmeri, Authorised Director at Sinaha, during the Make it in the Emirates 2026 event. The ceremony was also attended by senior officials including Mansour Mohamed Salem Kardous Alameri, Deputy CEO of Sinaha Technology, and Osama Fadhel, Assistant Undersecretary for Industrial Accelerators at MoIAT.

The partnership aims to strengthen UAE manufacturing capabilities by integrating advanced technologies that improve productivity, competitiveness, and industrial growth.

Sinaha Technology will collaborate with high-potential manufacturers to develop technology roadmaps and deploy practical Industry 4.0 solutions, guiding companies from assessment through to execution and helping deliver measurable gains in productivity and operational efficiency.

Fatma AlMheiri of the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (UAE) said the ministry is focused on turning the National Strategy for Industry and Advanced Technology into tangible outcomes by strengthening supply chains and reinforcing the UAE’s position as a global hub for advanced industry.

She added that the “Transform 4.0” initiative is a practical step in that direction, enabling manufacturers to speed up technology adoption, better align production with market demand, and support the growth of industrial SMEs. She noted that the partnership with Sinaha Technology directly supports these objectives.

Mubarak AlAmeri of Sinaha Technology said the company has launched one of the UAE’s first intelligent warehouse deployments, built on locally engineered technologies that enable fully autonomous operations by integrating robotics, software, and real-time decision-making.

He added that their in-house Robotics Management System connects robotic systems with business logic, allowing seamless coordination across multi-vendor fleets. The company is also developing physics-based digital twin environments that let operators design, test, and optimise logistics systems virtually before real-world deployment, reducing risk and speeding up implementation.

The partnership supports the broader objectives of the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (UAE) to help UAE manufacturers produce more, expand growth, and increase exports.

The fifth and largest edition of “Make it in the Emirates” is being hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology (UAE) in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture (UAE), the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, ADNOC, and L’IMAD, and is organised by ADNEC Group.
