Soika Labs Unveils AI Agent Network for Businesses Worldwide

Dubai-Developed Mockingjay Network Launches Early Access to Connect AI Agents Across Companies.

Dubai: Soika Labs has launched early access to its Mockingjay Network, offering UAE companies 5,000 free credits to develop AI agents and deploy them on a shared public network. Co-founder Enzo Amur announced the platform’s move into production at the Dubai AI Festival on October 27. The initial rollout will focus on UAE residents.

The Dubai-based company describes Mockingjay as an agentic operating system designed for businesses. It enables organisations to transition their operations to AI agent-driven workflows and publish those agents to the Global Agentic Neural Network (GANN). This allows agents belonging to different companies to communicate and collaborate on common objectives.

Amur said the network operates independently of AI model developers. The team chose this approach three years ago after encountering difficulties connecting with major providers. “The rules of communication and the rules of cooperation, and equality between AI agents, are very important,” he said.

How the platform works

Mockingjay brings together a broad selection of language models on a single platform. Its automated routing system directs each task to the model best suited to handle it. Soika Labs says this approach can reduce credit consumption by up to 70 per cent.

Small and medium-sized enterprises can use Mockingjay as an operating system, deploying agents to manage business functions and day-to-day operations. They can subsequently publish these agents to the wider network, enabling collaboration between companies.

Amur said this ability to facilitate cooperation across businesses distinguishes Mockingjay from competing products. Under the platform’s design, companies retain control over their private agents, which can connect to the wider network without exposing confidential business data.

Humans remain in the loop

Amur dismissed the suggestion that the platform is intended to eliminate jobs. Soika Labs requires at least one human in every division to ensure safe operations.

Although a company run by a single person is technically possible, he argued that departments and additional layers of auditing require human oversight. He expects “human in the loop” to develop into a distinct profession, with the need for oversight increasing as the number of agents and their actions grows.

Amur observed that many visitors and delegates at the Dubai AI Festival were interested in automation and delegating tasks to AI agents, but few appeared to recognise the potential risks. “Nobody’s ready for the risks,” he said.

The company follows the principle that “in the era of AI, being human matters more.” Amur said he wants people to preserve time for work-life balance and avoid allowing AI to dominate their personal lives.

Aligning with the UAE’s national strategy

The launch comes as the UAE advances its National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, which aims to establish the country among the world’s leading AI nations.

According to Soika Labs, businesses across the UAE and the wider GCC are moving beyond simply adopting AI tools towards using them to deliver measurable operational benefits. Amur believes the UAE provides a strong base for innovative companies seeking to expand internationally.

He credited the government’s management approach and its support for innovation, saying: “When the approach is such that they want to create an environment for international and innovative people, it works and has a magnetic effect to create something impactful and useful for humanity.”

Amur concluded with a message for users: “Let AI do more so you can be more,” he said. “But don’t let AI take over.”
