Abu Dhabi: Qasr Al Watan has been recognised among Trip.Best’s Top 100 Global Attractions & Experiences 2026 and Top 100 Attractions & Experiences in Asia 2026, released by Trip.com.
The rankings, which are based on visitor reviews and key performance indicators, highlight the palace’s growing reputation as one of the UAE’s most prominent cultural and heritage landmarks.
Visitors can discover the architectural grandeur of the Great Hall, celebrated for its traditional Arabian design and one of the world’s largest central domes. The palace is also home to the Spirit of Collaboration chamber, where meetings of the Federal Supreme Council, the Arab League and the Gulf Cooperation Council take place. The chamber features an intricate chandelier crafted from 350,000 crystal pieces.
Other highlights include the Presidential Gifts exhibition, which showcases distinguished gifts presented to UAE leaders by foreign dignitaries during official state visits, and the Presidential Banquet hall, offering a glimpse into Emirati hospitality traditions through a collection of more than 100,000 finely crafted serveware pieces.
The Qasr Al Watan Library is home to more than 50,000 works that preserve the region’s literary and scholarly heritage, while the Golden Ink exhibition offers visitors a glimpse into rare Arabic and Islamic manuscripts.
The palace also features the Military Music Show every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 2:30 pm, along with the daily Palace in Motion light and sound spectacle at 7:30 pm, which brings the UAE’s past, present and future to life through an immersive visual experience.
