Modon Properties has announced the sell-out of Tara Park, a residential development on Al Reem Island, with total sales reaching approximately Dh2 billion. The milestone highlights strong investor confidence and sustained demand, reinforcing the emirate’s position as a global safe-haven investment destination.

Tara Park comprises six residential towers with 834 apartments, offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. The development is connected to Reem Mall, with the towers linked through an active podium that provides residents access to a wide range of lifestyle amenities.
