Interactive Studio Lets Young Visitors Explore Instruments, Rhythm and Dance.
Dubai: Children often learn best when they are given the freedom to explore, experiment and discover the world around them. With this in mind, Melodica Music & Dance Academy has opened a dedicated space at KidZania in Dubai Mall, giving young visitors the opportunity to experience the world of music and dance first-hand.
The new space is designed to introduce children to different instruments, rhythms and forms of movement in an interactive setting, while encouraging them to discover their own interests and creative abilities.
KidZania offers children the chance to experience aspects of adult life by taking on different professions and everyday roles in an engaging, hands-on environment. Young visitors can try everything from becoming firefighters and explorers to learning how a bank, hotel or chocolate factory operates, helping them discover new skills and interests through practical experiences.
Melodica believes music and dance should play an important role in a child’s journey of exploration and discovery.
“Children absorb so much from what they see, experience and enjoy around them. When music and dance are introduced through fun, engaging activities and hands-on experiences, children have the chance to discover whether these are interests they genuinely enjoy and feel connected to,” said Afshin, owner of Melodica Music & Dance Academy.

The opening of Melodica at KidZania in Dubai Mall forms part of the academy’s broader vision to make music and dance more accessible to children through engaging and memorable experiences. Rather than concentrating solely on formal lessons, the initiative gives young visitors the freedom to explore creativity, performance and self-expression from an early age.
