Award-winning real estate developer Imtiaz Developments has handed over Beach Walk by Imtiaz, becoming the first developer to complete and deliver a residential project on Dubai Islands.
The development marks the first completed project within Imtiaz’s Dubai Islands portfolio, which has a combined value exceeding Dh6 billion.
The handover represents an important milestone for the emerging Dubai Islands district as it moves into its next stage of development. Beyond the completion of a single building, the project signals the beginning of residential life on the islands and reinforces Imtiaz Developments’ role as one of the earliest private developers contributing to the area’s long-term growth.

Imtiaz entered Dubai Islands at an early stage of its master development, aligning its investment strategy with the goals of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, launched by Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai. The company made this move well before wider market momentum around the project had taken shape.
Today, Imtiaz has more than 15 active developments across Dubai Islands and recently unveiled its 16th project, Sea Cliff by Imtiaz, further strengthening its presence in the destination.

Beach Walk by Imtiaz is a luxury waterfront project comprising 80 residences, including studios as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments.
