Dubai: Global AI device ecosystem company HONOR has announced the official UAE availability of the HONOR X9e Pro. Designed for demanding everyday use, the new smartphone combines 3-metre drop resistance, IP69K water resistance, an industry-leading 11,000mAh battery, a high-brightness display, a 108MP AI Ultra-Clear Camera and Pro AI capabilities.
All-round durability for everyday confidence
Designed to withstand everyday challenges, the HONOR X9e Pro features an advanced impact-resistant structure with reinforced corners, high-strength metal supports and specialised display adhesives. These components help absorb and distribute impact forces, protecting key internal components.
The device offers 3-metre drop resistance and is designed to withstand falls from heights of up to three metres onto smooth marble. It can also withstand drops from up to 1.2 metres at multiple angles.
Protection against water and dust is supported by IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings. Under controlled laboratory conditions, the HONOR X9e Pro has been tested for immersion at depths of up to 10 metres and is designed to withstand hot-water splashes of up to 85°C. Dedicated underwater photography features also allow users to capture images beneath the surface.
Industry’s largest 11,000mAh battery built to go further
Powered by an 11,000mAh HONOR silicon-carbon battery, which the company describes as the industry’s largest, the HONOR X9e Pro is designed to deliver extended battery life across demanding daily activities.
HONOR said battery performance had been validated through its testing at temperatures of up to 55°C. A six-year battery durability design is intended to support reliable performance over an extended period, while the company’s AI Power Saving system optimises energy consumption based on different activities.
The smartphone also supports 80W HONOR SuperCharge and 27W wired reverse charging, allowing users to power compatible smartphones and accessories when a charging outlet is not available.
Industry-leading 108MP AI Ultra-Clear Camera with Pro AI capabilities
The HONOR X9e Pro features a 108MP AI Ultra-Clear Camera with CIPA 6.0-level stabilisation, designed to reduce camera shake and deliver clearer handheld photographs, particularly in low-light conditions and while on the move.
Its Pro AI capabilities further enhance photography, with cloud-assisted AI imaging designed to improve detail, colour and clarity across supported scenarios, including portraits, night scenes and digital zoom.
Pro display with industry’s highest brightness
The HONOR X9e Pro comes with a 6.8-inch 1.5K HONOR FullView Display and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.
With peak brightness reaching 10,000 nits, the display is designed to deliver clear and vivid visuals in challenging lighting conditions. Wet-hand and glove-touch support also improves usability in different environments.
Colour, price and availability
The HONOR X9e Pro is available in Deep Purple, Reddish Brown, Dawn Gold and Midnight Black. It is now on sale in the UAE through HONOR Experience Stores, the company’s official website and retail partners, with prices starting at Dh1,499.
Customers purchasing the device will receive HONOR VIP Care+, which includes six months of HONOR Care damage protection, a 24-month battery guarantee and warranty coverage across the GCC, India, Pakistan and Egypt.
Buyers will also receive an HONOR Choice E6i, valued at Dh149, and a Dh100 discount on the HONOR Select Sound Lite4 Wireless Speaker, which has an original price of Dh169.
Existing HONOR X9 series users will receive an additional 24-month HONOR Care warranty, valued at Dh99.
HONOR X9e Pro buyers will also be entered into a raffle draw, with the company giving away four HONOR Robot Phones. Winners will be announced during weekly livestreams.
