Dubai: Great Wall Motor (GWM) has expanded its regional footprint with the launch of its largest overseas showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road, one of the city’s key automotive and commercial hubs.

Opened by GWM’s UAE distributor, the Saeed Juma Al Naboodah Group, the showroom features more than 10 models from across the brand’s lineup and represents GWM’s most extensive facility outside China.

The opening was marked by an exclusive launch event at the showroom, hosted by UAE media personalities Kris Fade and Priti Malik. The event was attended by members of the Al Naboodah family, senior executives from GWM and Al Naboodah Group, government officials including the UAE Minister of Foreign Trade, H.E. Dr. Thani Al Zeyoudi, as well as media representatives, industry guests, and prominent content creators, including Khalid Al Ameri.

The flagship showroom brings together the HAVAL, TANK and POER ranges under one premium destination, improving customer access and strengthening brand visibility in the heart of Dubai.

Sunny Bhat, Chief Operating Officer for GWM Middle East, said the showroom opening represents a major milestone in GWM’s expansion across the Middle East, particularly in the UAE. He added that as the company expands its network, it remains focused on enhancing customer experience through modern, immersive spaces that bring the brand closer to customers. He noted that with the introduction of the Hi4T platform, visitors can experience firsthand the innovation, performance and technology that define GWM and are shaping the future of mobility.

Designed in line with GWM’s latest retail identity, the showroom offers a premium environment to explore the brand’s newest vehicles. It also includes a dedicated café and a children’s play area, creating a family-friendly and welcoming customer experience.

Khawla Saeed Juma Al Naboodah, Group Executive Director of Saeed Juma Al Naboodah Group, said it is a proud milestone for the group to open GWM’s largest overseas showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road, describing it as a significant step forward in its growth strategy. She added that the purpose-built facility enhances operational efficiency and delivers a smoother customer journey, while further strengthening the partnership with GWM as it expands in the UAE’s dynamic automotive market.

She noted that Swaidan Trading, a subsidiary of Saeed Juma Al Naboodah Group, has played an important role in reinforcing GWM’s presence in the UAE. Through its growing showroom network and customer-centric approach, the partnership continues to support the brand’s regional expansion.

Khawla Saeed Juma Al Naboodah also said the group’s vision is focused on maintaining the highest standards of quality and excellence, building long-term relationships with customers and partners, and contributing to economic development through sustainable investments and impactful initiatives.

She added that the new flagship showroom represents more than a retail space, describing it as a reflection of GWM’s long-term vision for the Middle East. With the UAE serving as a strategic hub, the brand continues to invest in advanced new-energy technologies, an expanding product lineup, and premium retail experiences, while offering intelligent, capable and accessible vehicles for customers across the region.
