GCAA Warns of Possible Flight Delays Across UAE Amid Reduced Visibility

GCAA Cautions That Shifting Weather Conditions May Disrupt Some UAE Flights.

Abu Dhabi: The UAE’s General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) has warned that changing weather patterns and reduced horizontal visibility in parts of the country could affect flight operations, potentially causing minor delays.

The authority explained that fluctuating weather conditions are common during this time of year and may occasionally disrupt aviation activities, depending on visibility levels and operational safety requirements.

The GCAA said such disruptions are among the routine operational challenges associated with adverse weather. Airlines and airport operators follow established procedures and implement necessary precautions to maintain aviation safety.

Passengers are advised to monitor official airline and airport communication channels for the latest flight information, as any schedule changes or operational updates will be announced directly by the relevant operators.
