For individuals, it advised regularly updating systems and software, avoiding suspicious links and untrusted files, and maintaining regular backups of important data.

For organizations, it recommended using isolated backups and testing them regularly, controlling and managing access privileges, and enhancing security monitoring and incident response capabilities.

The Council emphasized that awareness and preparedness are key to safeguarding data, ensuring the resilience of digital services, and minimizing potential threats.
