Passengers travelling on the new Etihad Rail service between Abu Dhabi and Fujairah can now enjoy up to 25 per cent discounts at selected hotels across the emirate.
The benefits go beyond accommodation, with Fujairah Tourism’s new offers also covering dining, spa experiences, pool and beach access, hotel facilities and selected perks such as room upgrades, early check-in and late check-out.
Your journey now comes with an added perk, turning a simple train ticket into a way to save on your escape.
The offers have been introduced at several Fujairah hotels to coincide with the launch of the first phase of Etihad Rail passenger services. To access the discounts, guests simply need to present a valid Etihad Rail ticket upon arrival.
Fares between Abu Dhabi and Fujairah start from Dh55 in Comfort Class and Dh120 in Premium Class, making it easier for travellers to transform a rail journey into a relaxing east coast getaway.
A number of Fujairah hotels are taking part in the offer. Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort Fujairah, for example, is offering 25 per cent off stays, including breakfast, food and beverages, as well as spa treatments. InterContinental Fujairah Resort is also offering 25 per cent discounts on room bookings and dining experiences.
