Dubai Retail expands portfolio with 1.3m sq ft Skylight Mall opening in 2027.
Dubai has unveiled Skylight Mall, a new super-regional shopping and lifestyle destination along Al Khail Road, scheduled to open in 2027.
The project was announced by Dubai Retail, part of Dubai Holding Asset Management, and will add another major shopping and leisure destination to the emirate, according to the Dubai Media Office.
More than 360 stores planned
Skylight Mall will offer 1.3 million sq ft of gross leasable area (GLA) and house more than 360 retail outlets.
Details about the brands, restaurants, entertainment venues and other attractions set to open at the mall are expected to be revealed at a later date.
Part of Dubai Retail’s growing portfolio
Skylight Mall will further strengthen Dubai Retail’s presence across the emirate, joining its existing portfolio of 58 malls and lifestyle destinations.
Scheduled to open in 2027, the new development will add to Dubai’s growing mix of retail, dining, entertainment and lifestyle destinations, reinforcing the emirate’s position as a major shopping and leisure hub.
