Dubai Police warn motorists and call for avoiding mobile phone use behind the wheel.

Dubai: Motorists experienced heavy congestion across several key routes in Dubai and Sharjah during Tuesday morning’s rush hour (June 23), with multiple accidents causing significant delays.

Al Ittihad Road also experienced heavy congestion towards Dubai, with traffic moving slowly during the peak morning commute.

In Sharjah, multiple crashes on Emirates Road near Al Badee Suburb caused significant delays for motorists heading towards Dubai. Heavy congestion was also reported on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road near Industrial Area 13, with slow-moving traffic affecting Dubai-bound commuters.

Dubai Police urged drivers to stay focused on the road and avoid using mobile phones while driving. Motorists have also been advised to exercise caution and allow extra travel time during the busy morning hours.
