New DubaiNow service lets residents settle traffic, parking and Salik fines in one place.

Dubai: Managing multiple fines can be a challenge, especially when they are issued by different authorities. Whether it involves a traffic penalty, parking violation or Salik charge, residents often have to check multiple platforms to find out their outstanding payments.
To make the process easier, Digital Dubai has introduced the ‘Pay All Fines’ service on the DubaiNow app, enabling residents to view and pay eligible fines from different authorities through a single platform.
What is DubaiNow?
DubaiNow is the official smart application of the Dubai Government, offering users access to more than 320 services provided by over 50 government and private-sector entities through a single digital platform.
Through the app, residents and visitors can complete a wide range of transactions, including utility bill payments, residency-related services, Salik account top-ups, permit renewals and many other government services.
The newly introduced ‘Pay All Fines’ feature further enhances convenience by allowing users to view and settle eligible fines from multiple authorities through a single platform.
How the ‘Pay All Fines’ service works
The service allows users to view and settle outstanding fines through a single interface, removing the need to check multiple government websites or visit separate service centres.
Instead of searching for penalties issued by different authorities individually, residents can access a combined list of eligible fines linked to their Emirates ID and complete payment through one transaction.
1. Download the DubaiNow app
The DubaiNow app is available for both iOS and Android devices, allowing users to access the ‘Pay All Fines’ service directly from their smartphones.
2. Sign in or create an account
New users can create a DubaiNow account by entering details such as their full name, date of birth, Emirates ID number, nationality, mobile number and email address. Users with a UAE Pass account can also sign in instantly without setting up a separate DubaiNow profile.
3. Access the ‘Pay All Fines’ service
After signing in, users can select the ‘Pay All Fines’ option from the app’s home screen. The service will automatically show eligible fines associated with their Emirates ID.
Users can view details including:
- The total number of outstanding fines
- The type of each fine
- The total amount payable
The list may include traffic fines, parking violations, Salik-related penalties and other eligible government fines. Users do not need to enter vehicle details, as the fines are linked directly to their Emirates ID.
4. Complete the payment
After reviewing the fines, users can proceed with payment through available options, including:
- Debit card
- Credit card
- Digital wallet services
Once the transaction is completed successfully, a payment confirmation notification will be displayed in the app.
Why is the service useful?
Residents may receive fines from multiple authorities, including traffic departments, municipalities and Salik. The Pay All Fines service simplifies the process by:
- Bringing eligible fines together in one place.
- Removing the need to check multiple websites or apps.
- Providing a clear view of outstanding fines and the total amount payable.
- Helping users track and manage their payments more efficiently.
Avoid extra charges and delays
Settling fines on time can help residents avoid potential complications, including:
- Additional fees or penalties for unpaid fines.
- Delays in vehicle registration renewals.
- Restrictions on certain government services or transactions.
- The risk of missing outstanding fines that still need to be cleared.
