Dubai: A six-bedroom villa on Palm Jumeirah has sold for Dh260 million, adding to a series of high-value residential transactions in Dubai’s luxury property market.
The completed villa is located within the ultra-luxury Ayumi project on Palm Jumeirah and spans approximately 2,466.7 square metres, or 26,550 square feet, according to Dubai Land Department data. The transaction puts the property’s value at around Dh9,792 per square foot.
A second completed villa in the same project was also mortgaged for Dh130 million, highlighting continued large-scale financing activity in Dubai’s prime residential market.
The transactions came as Dubai recorded around Dh1.2 billion in property deals across 339 transactions in early trading on Tuesday, marking the start of September.
The Palm Jumeirah sale follows another surge in high-value property activity in Dubai just days earlier.
Students are advised to arrive at bus stops at least five minutes before the scheduled pickup time, remain calm during the journey and avoid distracting the driver. After getting off the bus, they should move at least 10 steps away to ensure they remain visible to the driver.
Bus supervisors are responsible for assisting students while boarding and disembarking, recording absences, informing school authorities and monitoring students’ behaviour throughout the journey.
