UAE nationals eligible for up to 85% financing, while expats can access up to 80%.

Dubai: UAE homebuyers and property investors will have the opportunity to compare mortgage options from several leading banks at a two-day event organised by DAMAC Properties this weekend.
Participating banks will offer financing of up to 85 per cent for UAE Nationals and up to 80 per cent for expatriates, subject to eligibility requirements and each bank’s lending criteria.
The DAMAC Mortgage Event will be held on August 8 and 9 at the DAMAC Lagoons Sales Centre, from 10am to 6pm.
Mortgage specialists from Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), Emirates NBD, Mashreq and other leading banks will be present at the event to assist visitors, DAMAC said in a statement.
Mortgage approvals and zero processing fees
Prospective buyers attending the event will receive personalised guidance on their mortgage eligibility and may have the opportunity to obtain approvals on the spot, DAMAC said.
The event will also feature offers such as zero processing fees, cashback incentives and other financial benefits designed to help reduce upfront property purchase costs.
Available financing will be subject to each customer’s eligibility and the lending requirements of individual banks.
Mortgage options will also be available for eligible off-plan projects that have reached 30 per cent construction completion, giving buyers a wider selection of properties that may qualify for financing.
Both UAE residents and international buyers will be able to explore available financing solutions at the event.
Eligible borrowers may also have access to arrangements that allow them to pay only a portion of their monthly instalments during the construction period. DAMAC said such options can help buyers better manage their cash flow before a property is completed.
Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of DAMAC Properties, said: “Buying a property is a significant decision, and access to the right financing can make that journey considerably easier.”
The mortgage event is part of DAMAC’s broader efforts to improve access to its property portfolio by providing buyers with financing support and guidance.
