Two men damage ATM with hammer in UAE, try to steal cash

They were soon arrested from their accommodation.

Two men were arrested after they damaged an ATM in Abu Dhabi’s Ghayathi industrial area.

The police rushed to the spot after receiving information that two men with their faces and hands covered were trying to break the ATM.

A hammer and a piece of aluminium were recovered from the spot.

The police were able to identify the accused and arrested them from their accommodation in Mussafah area in Abu Dhabi.

Both the accused admitted to committing the crime.
