Frequent visitors can now register their interest in Dubai Access Club, an exclusive tourism membership initiative offering a range of benefits, including hotel and shopping credits, special discounts and a complimentary SIM card.
However, the programme is not open to everyone. Membership is currently available through selected corporate and loyalty programme partners, and prospective members must receive an invitation before proceeding with a formal application.
What is Dubai Access Club?
Dubai Access Club is an invitation-only tourism membership programme designed for frequent international visitors to the emirate.
Successful applicants can benefit from a five-year multiple-entry tourist visa, making it easier to travel to Dubai repeatedly without having to submit a fresh visa application for every visit.
Under the visa conditions, visitors can stay in the UAE for up to 90 days within a one-year period, according to Visit Dubai.
Membership approval is separate from visa approval. Applicants must also obtain approval for their five-year multiple-entry tourist visa from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) Dubai.
What benefits does Dubai Access Club offer?
Members can enjoy a selection of exclusive privileges intended to make their trips more convenient and rewarding.
Key membership benefits include:
- Up to Dh2,000 in credits: Members can use the allocated credit at selected hotels, attractions and retail outlets across Dubai.
- Exclusive discounts and privileges: Access to special deals and offers available through the ALSAADA discount programme.
- Complimentary SIM card: Members can receive a free prepaid SIM card from du upon arrival in Dubai.
- Five-year multiple-entry visa: Eligible members can make multiple trips to Dubai throughout the visa’s validity, subject to applicable entry and stay requirements.
Further membership privileges are expected to be introduced in the coming period.
Who is eligible to join Dubai Access Club?
The programme operates through a network of selected corporate partners and established loyalty programmes. While membership is invitation-only, interested individuals can register their details through the official Visit Dubai website.
The registration process offers two categories:
1. Employee
This category is intended for individuals who want their employer to become a participating corporate partner of Dubai Access Club.
The registration form features a list of participating employers, including Emirates Airline, Emaar Hospitality Group, Jumeirah Group, Accor, Hilton, Marriott International and Hyatt Hotels, among others.
Applicants are required to select their employer and submit their employee identification number and official company email address.
An ‘Others’ option is also available for employees whose organisations are not listed.
2. Loyalty programme member
This option is designed for individuals interested in joining through an existing hotel, airline or travel loyalty programme.
The listed programmes include Emirates Skywards, U by Emaar, Jumeirah One, Hilton Honors, Marriott Bonvoy, ALL – Accor Live Limitless and World of Hyatt, among others.
Applicants must select their existing loyalty programme and provide the email address associated with their membership account.
An ‘Others’ option is available for members of programmes not included in the list.
Important: Registering your interest does not automatically secure membership or guarantee an invitation to apply. Final membership is subject to the programme’s eligibility requirements and approval process.
How to register your interest in Dubai Access Club
If you are interested in joining Dubai Access Club, follow these steps:
- Visit the official Dubai Access Club registration page.
- Select whether you are registering as an employee or a loyalty programme member.
- Choose your employer or loyalty programme from the dropdown menu.
- Enter your employee ID, where applicable, and the relevant email address. Employees who do not have an ID should enter ‘0’.
- Provide your personal details, including your full name, passport number, nationality, country of residence, date of birth and gender.
- Enter your WhatsApp number, which may be used by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism to send future updates.
- Review your information and submit your registration.
Where applicable, ensure that your personal details match the information on your passport.
How does the membership application process work?
If you receive an invitation to join Dubai Access Club, you can proceed with the formal application.
You will need to complete the application form, upload the required documents and pay the applicable membership fee.
The required documents include:
- A personal photograph
- A copy of your passport
- A six-month bank statement
- Proof of health insurance
- A return flight ticket
Your five-year visa application will then be reviewed by GDRFA Dubai.
Once approved, your visa will be sent to you by email. You will subsequently receive confirmation of your Dubai Access Club membership, along with details of the benefits available to you.
How much does Dubai Access Club cost?
The application fee is Dh4,032.50, covering membership, the five-year multiple-entry visa and associated benefits.
Visitors applying from within the UAE must pay an additional Dh650, bringing the total cost to Dh4,682.50.
According to Visit Dubai, processing typically takes up to 48 hours after the completed application and payment have been submitted. However, processing times may vary depending on individual circumstances.
