Sheikh Mansour says UAE Flag Day celebrates the nation’s journey and unity.
Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court, has described the UAE flag as a symbol of the country’s strength, sovereignty and unity as the nation marked Flag Day.
In a message posted on X, Sheikh Mansour said the occasion commemorates the UAE’s journey as a nation founded on unity and reflects the determination of its people to continue progressing towards the future.
“On Flag Day, we celebrate the story of a nation built on faith in unity and driven towards the future by the determination of its people,” he said.
He added that the UAE flag symbolises the country’s strength and sovereignty, while representing a journey marked by achievements and values that the nation holds dear.
Sheikh Mansour also wished the UAE, its leadership and people continued security and prosperity, expressing hope that the national flag would continue to fly high “in honour and glory”.
