Omar Hamad Abdullah Bu Shehab Appointed Board Chairman Under Decree No. 32 of 2026.
Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, acting in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, has issued Decree No. 32 of 2026, establishing the Board of Directors of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment.
Under the newly issued decree, Omar Hamad Abdullah Bu Shehab has been appointed Chairman of the Board, while Mohammed Abdullah Al Tawhidi will assume the role of Vice Chairman.
The board will also comprise Nasser Abdullah bin Kharbash, Ali Mohammed Al Mutawa, Hamdan Khalifa Al Shaer, Jumaa Saeed Khalaf Al Ghaith, Hind Obaid Al Marri and Abdulaziz Mohammed bin Shafar Al Marri.
Additionally, the Chief Executive Officer of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment will serve as a member of the board.
The decree takes effect from the date of its issuance and will be officially published in the Official Gazette.
