New partnership offers Dubai businesses cargo, logistics and travel benefits to support overseas expansion.
Dubai: Small and medium-sized businesses in Dubai will gain greater access to international cargo services, logistics solutions and travel incentives through a new partnership between Emirates and Dubai Chambers designed to support their expansion into overseas markets.
The memorandum of understanding, signed during Seamless Middle East 2026, will enable members of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce to access a range of services offered by Emirates SkyCargo, the airline’s cargo division.
Under the partnership, Emirates SkyCargo will connect Dubai-based SMEs to its international network spanning six continents, while providing tailored logistics solutions aimed at supporting cross-border trade and helping businesses integrate into global supply chains.
Startups and smaller businesses will also be able to access Emirates Courier Express, the airline’s door-to-door international delivery service, which provides express shipping, customs clearance and transportation solutions.
Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, said SMEs play an important role in Dubai’s economy and that the partnership is designed to make international logistics and travel services more accessible to them.
Kazim said Emirates Courier Express gives smaller businesses access to global logistics capabilities and cargo capacity, allowing them to benefit from international reach and connectivity similar to that available to larger companies.
He added that the partnership aims to reduce some of the barriers associated with cross-border trade and make it easier for businesses to expand into new international markets.
Travel rewards for businesses
The agreement will also provide Dubai Chambers members with access to incentives through Emirates Business Rewards, the airline’s corporate loyalty programme for small and medium-sized organisations.
New Dubai Chamber of Commerce members who enrol in the programme will receive a welcome bonus of 2,000 points.
Emirates and Dubai Chambers will also collaborate on joint events and promotional initiatives, with further benefits expected to be introduced as the partnership develops.
More support for SMEs and startups
Emirates SkyCargo and Dubai Chambers will work together to develop workshops, knowledge-sharing platforms and cargo advisory programmes aimed at supporting Dubai-based startups and SMEs.
Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, said the partnership would strengthen businesses’ ability to access international markets more efficiently.
He said providing member companies with reliable logistics services, global connectivity and specialised expertise would help enhance the capabilities of SMEs and support their expansion into new markets worldwide.
The partnership also supports the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which seeks to strengthen private-sector competitiveness and expand the emirate’s foreign trade.
Emirates SkyCargo currently connects businesses to more than 150 destinations across six continents through its global cargo network centred on Dubai.
