Dubai residents warned against fake and unauthorised Global Village VIP Pack offers.
Dubai: Planning to buy a Global Village VIP Pack for Season 31? Customers are being urged to be cautious of websites or sellers claiming to offer the limited-edition packages.
Global Village has warned that VIP Packs are available exclusively through the official Coca-Cola Arena website. Purchases made through unauthorised platforms or third-party sellers could be fraudulent and may be cancelled or deactivated.
The limited-edition VIP and Mega VIP Packs went on general sale at 10am on September 26, following a pre-order period that ran from September 21 to 25.
Global Village said purchases made through unauthorised sources could be linked to fraudulent activity, with packs obtained through such channels subject to cancellation or deactivation under the applicable terms and conditions.
Customers have therefore been advised to buy VIP Packs only through the official sales channel.

Dubai Police warn against fake offers
Dubai Police had earlier cautioned residents about fraudulent websites and social media accounts promoting fake Global Village packages.
Residents were advised to use only authorised sales channels, be cautious of unusually low-priced offers and avoid clicking on suspicious links.
Customers should also verify the authenticity of social media accounts before making payments and avoid sharing personal or payment information with unverified sellers.
How much do Global Village VIP Packs cost?
The four standard VIP Packs for Season 31 are priced between Dh1,890 and Dh7,900:
- Silver VIP Pack – Dh1,890: Includes 100 VIP entry tickets, one VIP parking voucher, two Wonder Pass cards loaded with 840 points, two Stunt Show entries, two Neon Galaxy X Challenge Zone entries and two Exo Planet City entries.
- Gold VIP Pack – Dh2,490: Includes 140 VIP entry tickets, one VIP parking voucher, two Wonder Pass cards with 1,250 points, two Stunt Show entries, two Neon Galaxy X Challenge Zone entries and two Exo Planet City entries.
- Platinum VIP Pack – Dh3,490: Includes 160 VIP entry tickets, two VIP parking vouchers, two Wonder Pass cards with 1,640 points, two Stunt Show entries, four Neon Galaxy X Challenge Zone entries and two Exo Planet City entries.
- Diamond VIP Pack – Dh7,900: Includes 200 VIP entry tickets, three VIP parking vouchers, dedicated parking, four in-park taxi vouchers, four car wash vouchers, four porter service vouchers, two Wonder Pass cards loaded with 3,050 points, four Stunt Show entries, four Neon Galaxy X Challenge Zone entries and four Exo Planet City entries.
Additional attraction tickets, discounts and partner benefits vary depending on the package selected.
What do the Mega VIP Packs include?
The Mega Silver Pack, priced at Dh3,490, includes all the benefits of the standard Silver VIP Pack. Buyers can also choose between five three-month Multi-Park Seasonal Passes or seven one-day, two-park tickets.
The Mega Gold Pack, priced at Dh4,990, includes all Gold VIP Pack benefits, along with a choice of eight three-month Multi-Park Seasonal Passes or 12 one-day, two-park tickets.
Global Village is also offering an additional incentive for Mega Gold and Mega Silver buyers. According to the organiser, one of the VIP Packs will contain a cheque worth Dh31,000.

General sales began at 10am on September 26 through the official Coca-Cola Arena website.
The limited-edition packs are being sold on a first-come, first-served basis and will remain available only while stocks last.

When does Global Village Season 31 open?
Global Village Season 31 is scheduled to open at 6pm on October 14, 2026, under the theme “A More Wonderful World”.
The new season will bring back a wide range of entertainment, shopping, dining and attractions, alongside themed pavilions featuring cultures, cuisine and products from countries around the world.
Season 31 is expected to continue until May 2027.
