The figure included over 1.119 million incoming calls and more than 2.3 million outgoing calls.

The results highlight increasing customer trust in the centre’s services and underscore its important role in assisting customers, addressing enquiries, providing guidance on procedures and services, and facilitating faster completion of transactions.

Ahmed Al Qara, Director of the Labour Relations Department at MoHRE, said the Ministry continues to enhance the Labour Claims and Advisory Centre as a key direct communication channel with customers. He noted that the centre is leveraging advanced AI technologies and smart analytics while strengthening integration across service platforms to provide faster responses, accurate information, and easier access to services.

He added that MoHRE remains focused on using customer feedback and expectations to continuously improve its services. These efforts support the Ministry’s objectives and the leadership’s vision of delivering world-class government services that prioritise customers, enhance quality of life, and improve the ease of doing business in the UAE.

Al Qara added that the results demonstrate the Ministry’s success in developing a comprehensive customer service system focused on efficiency, innovation, and responsiveness.
