Labour Claims and Advisory Centre expands access with support in 22+ languages and AI-powered solutions that speed up service delivery.

From employment contract queries and labour complaints to guidance on workplace rights, millions of workers and employers across the UAE are increasingly relying on a dedicated hotline for support.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (Mohre) revealed that its Labour Claims and Advisory Centre (80084) received more than 3.4 million calls in the first half of 2026, highlighting the growing importance of the service as a primary channel for resolving employment-related concerns.
According to the ministry, the centre handled more than 1.119 million incoming calls from workers and employers between January and June. It also made over 2.3 million outgoing calls to assist parties involved in employment matters, provide case updates, and help accelerate the resolution of requests.
Officials said the figures reflect growing public trust in the service and highlight the ministry’s ongoing efforts to enhance access to government services through digital transformation and artificial intelligence.
Ahmed Al Qara, Director of the Labour Relations Department at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (Mohre), said the ministry is continuing to upgrade the Labour Claims and Advisory Centre by adopting AI solutions, smart analytics and integrated digital services to provide faster responses and more accurate guidance.
“We continue to invest in developing the Labour Claims and Advisory Centre as one of our key direct communication channels with customers,” Al Qara said, noting that customer feedback plays an important role in improving services and enhancing the overall user experience.
He added that the latest figures reflect the ministry’s progress in creating an efficient and innovative customer service system capable of meeting the needs of the UAE’s expanding labour market.
AI-powered support
The Labour Claims and Advisory Centre is one of Mohre’s primary communication platforms, enabling workers and employers to seek advice, file labour complaints, enquire about employment services, and receive assistance with digital transactions without the need to visit ministry offices or service centres.
The ministry said the centre uses advanced digital technologies and AI-powered tools to improve response times, streamline request processing and analyse customer requirements in real time.
Support in more than 22 languages
To serve the UAE’s diverse workforce, the advisory centre provides support in over 22 languages, making government services more accessible to workers and employers from different backgrounds.
The service is integrated with Mohre’s digital platforms, allowing customers to complete procedures remotely while contributing to the government’s broader vision of delivering efficient, flexible and sustainable public services.
The ministry added that customer insights and feedback are continuously reviewed to simplify processes, introduce proactive services and align solutions with users’ evolving needs, supporting the UAE’s goal of delivering world-class government services and improving quality of life.
