Dubai: It has been an eventful week. A SpaceX rocket struck the Moon on Wednesday at 10.34am UAE time, sending an estimated 1,100 tonnes of lunar dust into the atmosphere. An Abu Dhabi observatory turned its telescope towards the impact site at the expected time, but no visible evidence was detected.

Rising Lebanese singer Leen Hayek, a former winner of The Voice Kids, will open the show.

2. Ramy Gamal and Wael Jassar

3. Frat Party: Summer Break Edition at Lucky Voice
Dubai’s karaoke destination is bringing back its popular frat party concept with a summer-themed edition, kicking off early enough for guests to enjoy a full evening of entertainment.
The event will feature interactive games, themed decorations and a DJ taking over the venue from 8pm. Guest DJ Phyz will headline with an open-format set featuring live mixing, mashups and turntable skills, followed by a Blackout Mayhem segment later in the night.

4. Dubai Outlet Mall Indoor Run

5. Chef’s Society at City Centre Mirdif
Majid Al Futtaim has launched a chef-driven dining hall at City Centre Mirdif, featuring four concepts currently open, with additional venues set to join ahead of the full launch later this year.
The lineup includes Salam Daqqaq’s Bait Maryam, offering Levantine cuisine; Gabriele Bonci’s Roman pizza al taglio; ATHAR By The Qlab from Nabhan Al Ali, serving all-day dining; and Reif Othman’s REIF Japanese Kushiyaki.
