Brokers will be evaluated based on their transaction performance, professional training and customer feedback.

Dubai: Property buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) will now have a new tool to identify top-performing brokers after the financial centre launched its Broker Classification Framework.
The framework will evaluate real estate brokers operating within ADGM based on factors including transaction performance, ongoing professional development and customer feedback.
ADGM’s Registration Authority said the system aims to recognise brokers who consistently demonstrate high levels of professionalism and service, while promoting continuous improvement across the real estate sector.
Customer feedback to influence rankings
Customer feedback will be a key part of the assessment process, allowing the experiences of property owners, buyers, sellers and tenants to contribute to broker classifications.
Transaction performance and participation in professional development programmes will also be taken into account when identifying and recognising high-performing brokers.
“The activation of the Broker Classification Framework marks another important milestone in the growth of ADGM’s real estate ecosystem. It reflects our commitment to creating a trusted and progressive real estate environment that benefits all market participants,” said Rashed Al Blooshi, CEO of ADGM’s Registration Authority.
“By recognising high-performing brokers and encouraging continuous professional development, we are strengthening a culture of excellence, transparency and accountability across the sector.”
Brokerages to receive further guidance
The Registration Authority will organise dedicated workshops and engagement sessions with brokerages as part of the implementation of the framework.
The sessions will offer further guidance on the classification process, encourage collaboration and help identify areas where brokerages may need additional support.
“The framework strengthens accountability by incorporating customer feedback into the assessment process while encouraging brokers to continuously improve the quality of services they provide. This will ultimately enhance confidence among property owners, buyers, sellers and tenants,” Al Blooshi said.
