Dubai makes tokenised property investment more accessible with Dh1,000 starting amount

Date:

Initiative aims to make Dubai’s growing tokenised real estate market accessible to more investors.

Dubai: PRYPCO MINT, a Dubai Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA)-licensed platform for tokenised real estate, has reduced its minimum investment amount from Dh2,000 to Dh1,000, making digital property investments more accessible to a wider group of investors.

In a customer update issued on Friday, the platform said the lower entry requirement would help more people participate in real estate token ownership while offering investors greater flexibility to expand and diversify their portfolios.

The platform enables users to invest in fully funded properties that may provide rental returns and potential capital growth. It also allows investors to buy and sell property tokens on the secondary market without being subject to mandatory holding periods.

PRYPCO MINT said investors can allocate their funds across multiple Dubai properties, allowing them to diversify risk and gain access to a wider range of real estate opportunities.

The reduction in the minimum investment amount is part of the platform’s efforts to expand participation in Dubai’s growing tokenised real estate market by lowering the financial barrier for entry.

Since the launch of Dubai’s real estate tokenisation initiative on May 25, 2025, the Dubai Land Department has introduced 10 tokenised properties through PRYPCO MINT. All properties were fully funded rapidly, with some achieving completion in under two minutes, highlighting strong investor interest in digital real estate opportunities.

The emirate’s real estate tokenisation programme operates under a regulatory framework created by the Dubai Land Department in collaboration with the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA), the Central Bank of the UAE and the Dubai Future Foundation through the Real Estate Sandbox initiative.
