The latest jackpot winner, Sunil Kumar Sadasivan, a 52-year-old maintenance technician from Kerala, India, purchased the winning ticket with a friend he had recently started entering the lottery with. Their first ticket won them Dh100, encouraging them to try again. Their next entry went on to win the life-changing Dh30 million jackpot.
